BACKSTORYTrigger warning! Mentions of car accident, amnesia, broken family, and divorce.EARLY YEARSPhoenix Lorien was the third and youngest born son of Adrasteia and Stefano Leventis. He was born in Athens, Greece on the 18th of February 1998.The Leventis family was a gifted family who were born with the essence of a god - as demigod offsprings. Despite knowing these things, he had always questioned whether he was truly a member of their family. Because apart from his silver eyes, he appeared to be completely normal. In contrast to his siblings and relatives who have shown evidence of being demigods, he has not displayed any special abilities.He went to school like any other mortal youngster, received high marks, got into fist fights, got drunk, and did some naughty and liberating things like any other young guy. He basically did what regular people do.In the first few years of his high school life, he had often met Poseidon, probably because the latter has been in contact with a few of his family members for a few quests and missions. He had grown somewhat close to the god of the seas who had given him a few advices on how he could possibly survive despite not manifesting any magical abilities.At the age of sixteen, however, his abilities finally showed into existence. As a result, God Hypnos - the god of sleep, his father, had no choice but to reveal himself and finally claim him.LATER YEARSHis family moved from country to country because of their family business. From around Europe, to America, some parts of Africa, until they reached Asia. Phoenix decided to stay in the Philippines and pursue his studies there.He went to study a business course at the University of the Philippines - Diliman and even joined dance clubs and competitions while he was at it. He basically lived a normal life despite various other training he had to face whenever his father asked him to.One night, on his way home, an unfortunate event had occurred. He was caught up in a vehicular crash right straight towards a teleportation portal which led him to Davao, Philippines, and nearly losing his life. He was fortunate to survive, but he had lost his memories as a result. He couldn't remember anything, including his own name. He decided to assume the name Phoenix at the time because he was discovered wearing the necklace at the time and had the name Phoenix engraved on it. While suffering from amnesia, he was adopted by a generous Filipino-Chinese family - the Liu family. He lived with that family for nearly a year, until his family and friends from the university had discovered him on social media and contacted him, claiming he is their long-lost younger brother or friend.RELATIONSHIPS AND FAMILY LIFEDuring a bonding session with his co-demigods, he met someone significant, the mother of his children. They fell head over heels in love and got married in a short span of time. They were blessed with two wonderful children: Yue and Nephele.Krymmenos was a peaceful place for the four-person family. But wanting to live differently and show their children the beauty of the world, they eventually decided to leave Krymmenos and relocate back to the Philippines.By then, Phoenix had more frequent trips from Olympia for demigod related activities, to the Philippines, and back. This strained his marriage with his wife to the point where they decided to divorce, leaving him with co-parenting rights to their children.Phoenix is now living the best life he can as he continues to live his life. Of course, his journey as a mortal and a demigod is far from over.
